About Ajidara
Adesina Adesanya, universally known as Pastor Ajidara, was a veteran Nollywood actor who left an indelible mark on the Yoruba movie industry. Before acting, he worked as a civil servant, retiring as a Deputy Registrar in the Ogun State judiciary. In 2003, he starred as a fraudulent, comic prophet in Ebun Oloyede's hit film Abela Pupa (Red Candle), a role so impactful that the name became his permanent moniker. He died on May 7, 2017, at the age of 63, from kidney failure.
