About Orisabunmi
Folake Aremu, popularly known as Orisabunmi, was a Nigerian veteran actress known for her roles as a priestess, pacifist, white witch or the good witch in some of her movies. She rose to fame from her role in Arelu as Orisabunmi in 1987. A native of Olla, Kwara State, she was considered one of Yoruba's most talented actresses. She died on 5 January 2021 in her Ibadan residence, four months after the passing of her ex-husband Jimoh Aliu.
